WebMay 4, 2012 · Like either bog right off going to give full throttle or once its full throttle it'll do the intermittent bog deal etc... Its like its starved for gas just enough to be a problem. Things I've done; New plug, NGK's always Cleaned spark arrestor screen which was damn clean but still cleaned it thoroughly WebJul 15, 2016 · Clean out the screen in carb like moutainlake suggests. WebIf the trimmer ran fine with your fuel mixture screws set to where they are now, you really shouldn't have to mess with the fuel mixture screws. If it bogs and dies when you give it part throttle, does it run a little better with the choke half way? If so, take the carb off and clean it out with carb cleaner and put on a new fuel filter.
