My combination is: ORBX LC EU, ORBX Germany North. ORBX Vector is NOT installed. Strange thing is that the elevation issue can only be seen on the east side of the airport. The further you'll move to the west, the gap between the plane and the displayed ground gets smaller.

Orbx's Airport Elevation Correction (AEC) tool will fix many of them and you can manually fix them too. In my opinion, a good add-on mesh makes the sim look better and is worth the inconvenience of needing to correct a few airports.
