WebIn the head of state mission, after going back to Hannibal and telling them it's safe to go to the Lincoln Memorial, it won't let me fast travel to meet them there. Is that the way it was for anyone else? Walk 20 more feet and get back to me. I never got why you can't fast travel, maybe I missed something.
