WebI think i remember my Fitbit needing a couple days to show any sleep scores. It's probably just calibrating. That's weird, I have an inspire 2 and my sleep score did not register last night. It only recorded my sleep up until 11:59pm. I have had an inspire 2 and for over a month and last night it did not give be a sleep score. WebI am not an expert in this, but my understanding is that some people are genetically predisposed to be good deep sleepers. Some people also seem to need more sleep than others to function well. The way Fitbit calculates your score accounts for your age and gender by comparing it to others, but it doesn't account for your genes.

Galaxy watch 4 is currently showing zero deep sleep each night which is clearly incorrect. I seem to have swapped poor hardware/good software with good hardware/poor software.
