After applying Rao-Scott Test for Independence (since my data is from a complex survey design), 77 variables were found significant and I took these significant variables as regressors for my firth logistic model. WebFirth’s penalized likelihood approach is a method of addressing issues of separability, small sample sizes, and bias of the parameter estimates. This example performs some comparisons between results from using the FIRTH option to results from the usual unconditional, conditional, and exact logistic regression analyses.
