I know you indicated that you have reinstalled the Visual C++ files. The Steam Build Bot would install both the X86 (32bit) and the X64 (64bit) versions of these.

WebUltimately the real issue with Fallout 4 vr is the engine stability itself. It would be nice to have the same fixes that SSE Fixed did for SkyrimVR I have 700 mods for SkyrimVR and can play for hours without any CTD. Fallout 4 VR has been a tough nut to crack for me.
